New construction of a 20,000sf, two level, wood frame building containing twenty-five apartment units.  The work included asphalt shingle roof, wood/vinyl siding, standard interior finishes, elevator, hydronic heating system, 600 amp electric service, new paved roads & parking, and landscaping.

Turnover date for rental units demanded tight schedule.  Deadlines were met and units turned over according to schedule.
