This project, winner of the 2003 Vermont Preservation Trust Award for Outstanding Work Preserving Vermont Architecture, consisted of the complete renovation of, and an addition to, a three story wood frame building built in the 1860's. Included were the renovation and upgrade of the town library and community ball field, and the creation of sixteen new apartment units, many designed specifically for those in wheelchairs.
