This project consisted of the restoration of a three story building known as the Howard Block, located in downtown Bellows Falls, Vermont. The work included renovation of the building’s interior and exterior to provide 13 apartments, 6 shops, a new public foyer, a new elevator, and included new heating, plumbing, sprinklers, and wiring throughout.
