This project consisted of the new construction of four two-story wood frame apartment buildings.  Each building contained six  units of affordable housing, five two floor apartments and one single floor handicapped accessible unit.  The project included the conversion of an old barn located on the property to a laundry as well as all related site work, roadways, parking, sidewalks, landscaping and utilities.
