This project involved the construction of a 10,000 square foot wood frame building to contain offices for the Vermont State Police and the Fish and Wildlife Department. The building also has two holding cells, a processing room, secure room, a large public conference room and a climate controlled computer room with an access floor. The exterior of the building has Hardi-plank siding, brick, split-face block, and cast stone. The electrical work scope included state-of-the-art security systems with remote cameras, monitors, access readers and alarm system. This building also includes a backup generator capable of running the entire facility. A 1200 square foot storage building was also constructed as part of this project.
