The performance of Naylor and Breen Builders in constructing the Middlebury Indoor Tennis facility at 360 Boardman Street in Middlebury, Vermont, has been exemplary. We cannot imagine experiencing a better working relationship. The budget and schedule held steady, and changes were accommodated easily with little impact on the schedule and reasonable impact on the costs, including reductions as well as modest increases.
