New 4,000 s/f building containing a garage, a workshop and a storage area. Construction to start in mid-April and be completed in 4 months.

Naylor & Breen Builders, Inc. was the 2010 recipient of the Brandon Area Chamber of Commerce Presidents award. The award was presented to Rob and Pete at the Chamber’s 1800’s dinner meeting last Friday. The award recognized Naylor & Breen's accomplishments, contributions and 32 years of business in Brandon. Congratulations, Rob and Pete.

Upon completion of a project, the General Contractor is required to hand over an Owner & Maintenance Manual to the owner and architect, along with a complete, updated set of drawings – or “As-Builts.” This requires the GC to compile information from subcontractors about products they have used and installed throughout the project that the owner may need to known about in the future.

Naylor & Breen is bidding the Bethel Town Hall Renovations project.

We have to have our price in to the Bank by 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 24th - Subcontractors to please have their prices to us the day before if possible, to enable a fair comparison with other subcontract bidders.
