Branchwood Apts – Randolph, VT

This project started with the demolition of an existing building and the new construction of 4 housing units at one site on Randolph Avenue 8 townhouse style apartments in two buildings on the Pearl Street site. New utilities were provided to both sites including water, sewer and electrical.
