Vermont Land Trust – Montpelier, VT

A historic rehabilitation paired with a new addition to provide adequate office space for staff. The existing historic structure was overhauled with a new HVAC system, lighting, attic insulation, and all new ceiling, wall, and floor finishes.

The new addition to the existing Carriage House is a modern structure with state of the art amenities: Lights, HVAC, Internet Technology, and a very efficient building envelope, and windows. The entire team put forth a huge effort in accomplishing the energy efficient goals of Maclay Architects. The staff now enjoys clean air, more natural light, and a comfortable work place that feels like home.
