TTI Instrumart – Burlington, VT

Rehabilitation of a vacant building previously used for office/warehouse space. The new tenant, Instrumart, enjoys a completely upgraded facility. [Instrumart is a leading supplier of industrial instruments with headquarters in Vermont and a regional office in southern California. Instrumart is the operating name for Total Temperature Instrumentation, Inc. ("TTI"). Although a new, larger and overall better space for the tenant was one main goal, Scott + Partners also prioritized designing an energy efficient building. This effort was driven by a complete upgrade to the building envelope, which included all new storefront doors and windows, insulation and metal siding. Coupled with this was the design of both Mechanical and Electrical systems. The new facility boasts state of the art heating and cooling equipment as well as lighting fixtures throughout.
