Union & Barlow Apts – Brandon, VT

A collaborative effort between the Architect, Rutland County Community Land Trust, and Naylor & Breen, the Union & Barlow project consisted of the renovation of an existing multi-family dwelling and the addition of two new infill buildings therefore, providing eight new affordable apartments. Naylor & Breen performed the site-work, concrete, framing, and interior and exterior finish work.
