Mac's Valley Market – Warren, VT

After a fire destroyed the previous country store, Naylor & Breen Builders completed the construction and site work for this new convenience store and gas station. The owners and Naylor & Breen's draftsmen collaborated on the design in order to deliver the most cost-effective building. This building consists of a frost wall slab on grade foundation, an open passive solar design with a wood frame. This project was completed from start to finish in less than 60 days. Naylor & Breen coordinated with the owners' subcontractors on the refrigeration and installation of the petroleum tanks. The construction of the center glass cupola was framed entirely on the ground and then lifted on the roof, complete. Hawk Hill Cabinetry & Woodwork, (a division of Naylor & Breen), designed and crafted the custom octagonal center island and the vanities in the bathrooms.
