Private Residence (LEED CERT) – Plymouth, VT

The was a unique and challenging project for Naylor & Breen, initially starting in the winter by pouring the foundation during extreme conditions. In order to reach the LEED Silver Certification, the use of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems and triple glazed windows were used. Photo-voltaic and solar hot water panels were installed on the asphalt shingle roof. The exterior walls consist of SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels).
